Jennifer is a Consultant in the Employment, Pensions and Employee Benefits Unit. She has worked with LK Shields Solicitors since 1996. Jennifer trained with the firm and was formerly a Partner in the firm. She initially worked as a corporate and commercial lawyer and later specialised in employment law.

Jennifer advises both domestic and international clients in relation to their contractual and non contractual documentation to include contracts of employment, handbooks and policies, arrangements with independent contractors and compromise agreements. She also regularly advises employers on issues arising from the employment relationship such as the rules in relation to working time, the transfer of undertakings and collective redundancies.

Jennifer also deals with all employment issues arising in commercial transactions to include preparing due diligence reports and drafting warranties and indemnities.

Jennifer's approach to her work is to provide clients with a timely, solution-orientated service.
