of developers in relation to site acquisition and property development
projects.
Having spent three years as a legal risk analyst in the U.K.,
Gerard has considerable experience in forensic title examination
and the analysis of legal risk in portfolio acquisitions and
transactions that involve defective or
imperfect title.
He is an Associate Solicitor in our Commercial
Property Department.
