Brian is an Associate Solicitor

he began his traineeship in 2007.
Brian practices in the area of corporate and commercial law
and has experience in a wide range of commercial transactions
including mergers and acquisitions, restructurings, venture
capital and private equity transactions and shareholder agreements.
Brian has an interest in environmental law and is a member
of the Environmental Unit.
